My Name is Sheila and everyone calls me “She”. I have been loving my career in the beauty industry since 1985! I am a Baltimore native and started my career in Maryland. I was blessed to co-own a six chair salon along side my talented sister called It’s so She Salon, Inc. and own my own salon suite. I worked for 3 years in sunny Naples, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral, Florida.

My hope is that you will find this platform welcoming, enjoyable, knowledgeable and engaging! I want to make a commitment to embrace community from beauty, self care to inspiration and connections.

I am so excited to be back in my home state and am currently located at K|M Salon in Crownsville, MD.

I love all areas of hairdressing , including teaching and mentoring many along the way. Throughout my years I have enjoyed amazing connections with my salon guests, mentors and many talented artists in the industry.

Music, art, fashion, old Hollywood and nature fuel my inspiration for what I do. Being an artist is an expressive life. I love to do continuing education as our industry changes and evolves so often.

I find peace behind the chair as I handcraft that special look for each and every guest, which is the heart of the industry. I always say I found my voice in beauty school. Are you ready to find yours?
